Following the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, at the age of 96, on September 8, 2022, King Charles III (born November 14, 1948), took over the reins of England. Charles, the oldest of The Queen's four children, was promptly crowned king after her demise. Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, who passed away in April 2021, were Charles' parents. King George VI and Queen Elizabeth were his biological grandparents.
In 1958, Prince Charles III of Wales was born. He participated in customary royal and military obligations when he was a prince. It goes without saying that Charles was also well-known for his marriage to Princess Diana Spencer, whom he met in 1977. They started having romantic relationships in the early 1980s, and in 1981 he proposed. They got married in July of that year. The parents of Prince William and Prince Harry are Charles and Diana.
Diana notably revealed Charles' romance with his new wife, Queen consort Camilla Bowles, leading to their separation in 1992. One year before Diana was sadly killed in a vehicle accident, in August 1996, they obtained a legally binding divorce. In 2005, Charles and Camilla got married.
Charles has five grandkids through William and Harry (Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Prince Louis, Archie, and Lilibet). Harry is wed to Meghan Markle, while William is wed to Kate Middleton. Charles/William and Harry's disagreement became public after Harry and Meghan decided to discontinue their royal responsibilities in 2020. Although it's uncertain how their relationships stand as of 2022, they all attended Prince Philip's funeral and got back together when The Queen passed away.
