Early Life

On September 9, 1991, Sajjan was born in Kathmandu. From a young age, he had a passion for music and singing. Both of Sajjan's parents enjoyed music, with his father preferring English pop music and his mother favoring folk and Nepali pop. Perhaps that is how he incorporates Nepali traditional music in a distinctive way into the pop genre. He received his education at Man Bhaban Lalitpur's Aadarsha Vidhya Mandir. He began posting his original music on Facebook after singing in school plays in the past. After that, he relocated to New York, but his love for music persisted. Then, in 2014, he released Aaja Matra, his debut song.

Career

Sajjan first began his musical career by performing cover songs. He used to post cover songs on his YouTube page, which earned him praise from young people in Nepal for his distinctive vocals.
