Vijaya Raj Pande
Vijaya Raj Pande-(Dharma Adhikari, Born on October 1845). Sent to lure Jang Bahadur to the Bandarkhel palaces so that he could be assassinated there (9 October 1846). Jang Bahadur subsequently obtained religious backing for his regime by coming to a modus vivendi with Vijya Raj Pande whose Rose to the position of senior Rajguru, the chief spiritual counselor to the Royal Family.
Vijaya Shamsher Rana
Vijaya Shamsher Rana-(General). Second son of Mohan Shumsher. As Foreign Secretary, he played a decisive role in the Negotiations with the Nepali National Congress that led to the "Delhi compromise" of February 1951 and the return of king Tribhuvan from self-imposed exile in India.
Wazier Singh Bhandari
Wazier Singh Bhandari-(General). Son of Gagan Singh Bhandari. Deputed to assassinate Jang Bhadur Rana at the Bandarkhel Palace on 31 October 1846. when the plot Failed and most of the conspirators were themselves massacred, Wazir Singh Bhandari escaped and fled to India.
Yajna Shumsher Rana
Yajna Shumsher Rana- Youngster son of Bhim Shumsher. Implicated in an alleged plot against the prime minister in June 1930 on the evidence, probably fabricated, of his brother, chief of police Ram Shumsher Rana.
Tara Kumari
Tara Kumari-Elder daughter of jang Bahadur Rana. Born c.1851. Married Crown prince Trailokaya (26 February 1857). Sided with the Jang Bahadur in their struggle with the Shumsher brothers. during the Prime Ministership of Ranaudip Singh. Following the coup d'etat of 22 November 1885, she went into exile in India Where she spent the remainder of her life.
Trailokya Bir Bikram Shah
Trailokya Bir Bikram Shah-(Crown Prince). Eldest son of king Surendra. Born 30 November 1847. Married Tara Kumari (February 1857) and Lalit Kumari (June 1860) Daughters of Jang Bahadur Rana. Died of Smallpox on 30 March 1878.
