Bina Magar is the wife of Prakash Dahal and Prachanda's daughter-in-law, who became a minister at the age of 34. In the federal elections held in 2074, She was Directly elected from Kanchanpur Constituency. After winning the election, She became the water supply minister (16 March 2018 – 20 December 2020) in KP Oli's government. Even after Prakash's death, he remained steadfast in the election field, turning grief into peace without panicking.

Bina Magar was born in Kanchanpur on the 22nd of Mangsir, 2040 B.S. His father's name is Chandra Bahadur Magar and his mother's name is Savitri Maya Magar.
After completion of class five education, Bina Participate in the Maoist cultural team as a child artist at the age of 11 in 2051 B.S. Since then, she has been in politics.
In 2056 B.S, Bina Magar was elected as a Treasurer of Akhil Krantikari for Kanchanpur District as well as at the age of 16, She was successful to become district president of Kanchanpur as well.
While Studying at Ratna Rajya Laxmi Campus Kathmandu, Bina used to give equal time to politics as well. In the year 2060 B.S, Bina was made district president of Akhil (Krantikari), Kathmandu at the age of 20, and the entire leadership of the union was placed in her hand.
As a chairman of Akhil (Krantikari), Bina Magar strengthened the union by developing the right policy and expanding the Fraternity organization. During the expansion of the organization, she made a lot of sacrifices. Many times Bina Magar had to face extreme torture and was jailed in 2060 B.S for carrying out an anti-government movement as well.
In the 2064 Free Student Union (FSU) election, Binu Magar won the presidency of FSU from Saraswati Campus. Later, Bina Magar became a member of the Politburo of CPN-Maoist.
Even though she was active in politics from a young age, Bina was only interpreted as Prachanda's daughter-in-law by the media, which caused injustice to her self-made identity.
