Draymond Green of the Warriors and Hazel Renee celebrate their wedding weekend.

The Golden State Warriors are enjoying the first wedding weekend of the year as Draymond Green and Hazel Renee get married.

Damian Lillard and several NBA teammates, including Green, shared many Instagram posts of themselves flying in for the Saturday night wedding with friends, family, and loved ones. #foreverseeinggreen appeared in a few social media postings on Sunday morning after Steph Curry's sister Sydel Curry-Lee also uploaded a picture of a pretty pink party online.

Although there aren't any official wedding pictures yet, on Saturday Essence published Green and Renee's engagement pictures. Renee revealed that the couple met while they were both student-athletes at Michigan State in the dramatic spread, which was shot at Stone Mountain Estates in Malibu. We were both athletes and in the same theater class, she recalled to Essence. Naturally, since we were already acquainted, we gravitated toward one another for group tasks.

However, they went their own ways, with Renee going to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and Green being chosen by the Warriors in the 2012 NBA Draft. She has participated in the reality series "Basketball Wives" and was cast as a recurrent character on "Empire." In Los Angeles, where they went on their first date, Green and Renee reunited.

Warriors head coach Steve Kerr unintentionally revealed Green and Renee's engagement before they made their formal announcement in January 2019 by letting it slip during a team shootaround.

No information has been released on whether Renee exacted justice for Green's several technical foul penalties throughout the 2022 season. In July, when questioned about her then-propensity fiancé's for accruing penalties, Renee joked that their wedding might have to make a few budget adjustments.
