Shailesh Lodha left Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah for what reason?

According to a story in ETimes, the producer's requirement that the artists sign an exclusivity agreement has been a problem. Shailesh Lodha was only employed for 15 days out of the month and he desired to do more than only be Taarak Mehta. The actor didn't want to spend the remaining time at home. Yet the exclusive agreement restricted him. It appears that this has caused problems for the rest of the cast as well. Raj Anadkat is reportedly leaving the program as well, according to sources.
