Amrit Campus(ASCOL)
Amrit campus(ASCOL) is the nation's first government science campus. The government used to celebrate science day on the occasion of this campus establishment date. Meanwhile, in Ashoj 1, Government celebrates science day. But the prestige of the Amrit campus is declining continuously. The physical infrastructure is 2 decades old. Because of the 2072 massive Earthquake, a three-floor campus was ruined critically. The middle floor located library was assigned as a red zone. in addition, the library hall is found supported by iron poles and the cracked walls are in a dangerous condition. in every rainy season, water leaked and formed mini pools in classes and libraries. where students are forced to study by placing chairs and benches on a watered floor is the condition.
The connected table, chemical, Furniture, and Practical apparatus are of 2021 of the practical lab. Because Drain Blockage problem caused the come in the laboratory. However, B.Sc. students are performing their practical turns wisely.

Lack of water outlets and traditional building infrastructure is also a common challenge for leakage water management as per campus administration.
Similarly, the canteen of the Amrit campus also hit Worsley in a 2072 massive earthquake. so, Teachers, Students, and administrative staff are facing the problem of Hygenic feeding. Nowadays, the canteen turns into the storehouse of dismantled furniture on campus.
Lokendra Baral ( Campus Chief): Amrit Pradhan's built furniture is still in existence and in usage. I agree that several infrastructures are in crucial condition, insufficient staff, and political interference are causative factors that directly deduce the quality and fame of campus.

Today's Former students of this campus are in high positions: former prime ministers (Baburam Bhattarai and Jhalanath Khanal), former education minister (Ganesh shah), Politician (Kamal Thapa), and Past Dr. Upendra Devkota. Further, Countable former students of campus are in distinguished positions and are serving the nation.
One time Amrit campus was used to be the hub for qualitative science study and students' admission was taken on a competitive basis. But today this campus has also become the battleground for political parties like the rest campuses of Tribhuvan University.
